Returns & refunds
Your satisfaction matters, and so does product safety. Here are the rules that apply.

Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to withdraw, without having to give a reason. To exercise it, write to us at contact@exemple.fr quoting your order number.
Opened or unsealed products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, products unsealed or opened after delivery cannot be returned or exchanged, in accordance with the French Consumer Code. Only unopened products, in their intact original packaging, are accepted for return.
Return conditions
The product must be returned to us within 14 days of informing us of your decision. Return costs are at your expense, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend a tracked shipment: the parcel remains your responsibility until we receive it.
Refund
The refund is made in cryptocurrency, to an address you provide to us, no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or proof of its shipment; the amount refunded corresponds to the value in euros of the order. Initial shipping costs are refunded on the basis of the standard rate for your zone.
Damaged parcel or non-compliant product
Report it within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the parcel and the product. We arrange the shipment of a new product or a refund, with return costs at our expense.
Parcel refused, unclaimed or incomplete address
If a parcel comes back to us because it was refused, not collected within the carrier's deadline, or the address provided was incomplete, we offer you a reshipment (shipping costs at your expense) or a refund of the products, minus the shipping costs incurred.
